In 1964, Mr. Keller moved his practice to 310 4th Street, across from the courthouse on the east side of the square in Covington.
Richard M. Holmes joined Mr. Keller in the practice in February of 1974. They became partners in 1977. They practiced together as Keller & Holmes until Mr. Keller's death in 1978. In 1991, Mr. Holmes successfully ran for Fountain County Prosecutor and served for eight years.
